Six years ago I teamed up with Sharon McArdle. With Both of us having an extensive sales backround made it easy to team up. Since then, We have been taking Real Estate by Storm in our Local area of less than 10 small towns, New Lebanon, Stephentown, Berlin, Canaan, East Nassau, East Chatham, Castelton, and Ghent. Together we have sold over 30 million in Sales in those 6 years, Averaging over 40 transactions /year to a population of of less than 30,000 people. We have received annual awards from BHHS since we joined as a team. Our 1st year made Honor Society ranking top14% Nationally, for the last 4 years receiving the Presidential Award Nationally being Ranked in the Top 6%. As Top Preformers, In August of this year we received another Award for having $1,000,000 sales in that month, and again in November an Award of Top 3 Small Teams Within Each State- (3rd place in Residential units in New York State) BHHS lets us list locally but sell Globally! We take a Team approach to selling/buying Both of us are retired, so we don't need to pressure our clients to purchase just any home. Lenny goes into all the scary, dark, cobwebey attics, cellars and crawlspaces to look for defects or potential issues and point out all, the Good and the Bad aspects of a house. Giving you an idea about the house before you spend $$$ for an inspection. So Lenny will not wearing a suit & tie, if that's what you're expecting!! He knows the local areas we sell/list in and their History in most cases. His 35 years in the Volunteer Fire Company, and 40 years as a Local Teacher,Coach, and Local Businessman makes him a trusted member of the community. Sharon maintains the records, paperwork, works closley with attorneys, keeps things moving, answering questions, walking you through the entire process. But don't let her fool you, she knows homes! and the complete building process, being side by side in her Husband's Home Construstion business of 40 plus years. She also serves on her Town's Assessment & Grievance Board. We strive to make the home buying and selling process as easy and stress free as possible. Because there are two of us we bounce things off of each other, if one of us is busy and there's a showing, the other will be there to show the property. We pride ourselves in being able to be at all showings, because who, besides the seller, knows the house better. Being knowledgeable about the area, the surrounding areas, and the property makes both sellers and buyers feel more at ease. You need to know, especially in a rural areas, where the nearest shopping, entertainment, sports venues are? You have to know this information. We are involved with our towns and participate in Fundraisers and Local events, also Sponsoring Local Racing Carts. They are known around town as your "Forever Agents" realtors.
